The goal of this project was to design a charging case for an earbud with biometric data collection capabilities. The case was engineered to house a complete USB-C charging PCB, incorporate magnetic securing features, and provide a one-size-fits-all design for any silicone ear seal.

The final design achieved a stylish finish with a minimal form factor. At the client’s request, it included an optical viewing window for the LED indicator. The case was also designed for efficient assembly, consisting of only three parts.
