TOF Sensor Camera Mount
Designed a camera mount fixture compatible with both the selected camera and a redesigned mounting board. The design includes tapped threads to interface with camera lenses and sufficient clearance to prevent contact with PCB components. Embedded nuts were incorporated into the print to allow secure fastening.
Custom Injection Mold
Designed an injection mold for a custom part, enabling fabrication using low-durometer silicone. The mold was designed to interface with a luer adapter for syringe attachment, allowing silicone to be injected directly into the mold.
Case Inlay Design
Designed an inlay for the case of a wearable medical device. The inlay was dimensioned to ensure a secure fit within the tray while allowing the case to open and close properly.
