Create alternative case design for handheld ultrasound aesthetic housing build due to material deficiencies of third-party manufactured case. Case design must be sufficient in protecting the device while also allowing for in-house manufacturability.

Case design features print-in-place hinge for lid of the case. The lid also has a magnetic strap to allow for easy opening and closing. Soft features made from silicon are placed on the inside of the case to ensure a snug fit and help prevent any damages to the device. New case proved to be much more resilient and maintained an aesthetic look for user satisfaction.
